Samay Baji consists of many food items on a single plate. Beaten rice (Chyura), spicy potato salad (Aalu-Wala), finely cut ginger (Palu), boiled beans mixed with spices (Bodi ko Achar) are some food items you can see in the plate. It consists of spicy food and pickles.

5. Chataamari (Nepali Pizza)
Chataamari (चतांमरि): is a kind of rice crepe. It is a traditional specialty of the newars of the kathmandu valley in Nepal. It is also eaten during festivals and other special occasions. Chatamari is a round bread made of rice flour, sometimes topped with eggs. Sometimes Chatamari is called Nepali Pizza.
